Annette Dotts

Annette is one of the cornerstones of frk, with 35 years at the firm and her hand at the helm of operations as its COO. She attributes her impeccable attention to detail to her father, who advised her that “if you’re going to do something, do it right.” Annette’s days are filled with managing financials, working on marketing pieces, and handling HR responsibilities but her favorite thing about frk is the small office atmosphere and personal relationships she’s fostered there.
