Johnston Athletic Complex

Developed over several years of phased additions and improvements, the athletic complex consists of the High School football stadium, baseball and softball fields, and tennis facility. Re-surfacing the stadium track and adding new Field-Turf now allows the field to host more activities. Also added to the stadium were new concessions and restroom facilities. The new entrance structure boasts ticket booths serving as sentinels to the entry point and also improves traffic flow. The baseball and softball fields were improved with new masonry dugouts, backstops and fencing while the tennis facility received a new pavilion that included a new entry, restrooms and concessions.
