Ellsworth Community College carries a strong tradition of sports excellence. To aid the further development of their athletic programs, the College teamed with frk to design a new student activity center. This facility, connected with the existing competition gymnasium and pool, provide the College with a new gathering spot for the student body. Students can attend athletics or computer classes, grab a coffee and meet with friends in the student lounge, and work out in the running track or weight and aerobics areas. The facility also provides the College with the ability to host gatherings using the two court gymnasium and the associated catering kitchen to meet the needs of both large and small community groups.
